FAQs

Do you service pools?

We offer service to inground, concrete pools only.

What is your service area?
We service the greater Roanoke Valley, Lynchburg, Montgomery County, Smith Mountain Lake, and other surrounding areas on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. We also service West Virginia, Harrisonburg, Bristol, Martinsville, Richmond on an as needed basis, but typically every month.
When should I open/close my pool?
The ideal opening time is early April – early May. The ideal closing time is late September – to late October. All dates mentioned depend on weather and temperatures. Algae can grow in a pool 55° and up. The best rule of thumb, when your grass starts turning green so will your swimming pool.
Do you recommend any service over the winter while my pool is closed?
We suggest our Winter Watch program. Weather permitting, this is a service to treat your pool water as it lays dormant. It will keep your water chemistry from getting too far out of balance, which will help protect your plaster from scaling and helps water quality, making for a smoother opening process. We strongly recommend this for newer pool surfaces and salt pools.
Do you offer routine maintenance?
We offer routine maintenance weekly/bi-weekly/monthly or on an “as needed” basis. This is a great option if you want the swimming pool balanced right before your upcoming event. The maintenance consists of the following: Vacuum, Brush, Equipment Check, Baskets Cleaned, Complete water analysis, Water balanced on-site and report any repairs needed. A detailed report is left on-site for customers review.
