Seven years ago, my husband and I went to National Pools looking for a new hot tub. That summer, we ended up with not only a new hot tub, but also an in-ground swimming pool and deck furniture. Since then we have added a bar and grill, more furniture, a robotic pool vacuum, and a fire table. The staff at National Pools is the best. They worked with us every step of the way back then and continue to do so today. If I have a question about anything concerning the pool or hot tub, they are ready to help me find the answer.

We buy all our chemicals from them because, hey, they have a customer appreciation sale every spring where we can get everything we need at 25% off, see what kind of new, fun things they have added, and even get lunch! I have heard horror stories about swimming pool installs that end up in maintenance nightmares.

I recommend National Pools to anyone interested in a home pool or spa. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything related to my pool! They open and close our pool every year, and the maintenance in between in a cinch! I would do it all over again tomorrow! You will not find better customer service, and when you find a group that is willing to stand by their product for years and years, you know it has to be a quality product!

National Pools built an award winning pool for me in 2010. The pool has been a delight for myself, family and friends! All members of the staff at National Pools are great to work with from building the pool, to service at the store and to the maintenance of my pool. National Pools is best!
